What Is Click and Collect?

You can place your order online as usual. You can choose Click and Collect as your delivery option when you check out. You can pick up your click and collect order by visiting our Manchester Warehouse. Simple and hassle-free for those with short time.

What do I need to bring with me to collect up my order?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. There is no need to print it off; just show the email on your phone to the sales staff in-store, along with a photo ID that matches your order, and we will get to work on your delivery.

Can someone pick up my order?

Yes, they can. However, the person you are sending to pick them up will need to present you with a photo ID whose name matches the invoice, or you can choose the recipient's name on the mailing address when you check out. To pick it up, they will then only want a photo ID whose names match the shipping address.

When can I expect my order to be ready?

Until you pick it up, your order will remain in the processing stage.

Orders placed on the website can be picked up 30 minutes later. The collection time is between the following hours:
Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM
Sun: 10AM – 5PM

Note: The Manchester Warehouse is the only location where Click and Collect is offered from Monday through Friday. We DO NOT provide Click and Collect on weekends
