There is a 6-months warranty period from the date of receipt for vape kits and mods. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear or accidents. Your warranty will also be voided if the kit has taken on any damage. Contact us so we can record your issue. It is mandatory for you to send the mod or kit back for investigation. In order to be authorised for a warranty claim, we must receive the device/mod back in its original packing.
We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for all external batteries. If the battery is harmed by damage or misuse, this warranty is null and void. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear. If you think there is something wrong with your battery, please get in touch with us and we will investigate. We will replace the battery if the problem stems from a manufacturer's defect. It is mandatory for you to send the battery back to us for assessment.
A 12-month warranty is offered on all battery chargers from the date of purchase. The charger will not be covered under warranty if it is determined that the problem was caused by misuse or user error. Call us so we can track your problem. It is mandatory for you to send the charging unit back for assessment.
Note: We will need the batch number from the box for any claims related to disposable warranties. Any disposable vape kits cannot be replaced or refunded without this information. It is mandatory to provide photos or videos. Moreover, any product that have been thrown away or disposed are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Atomizers and tanks are consumable products; hence warranty DOES NOT apply to them. But if the product is found to be defective or dead upon arrival and we are contacted within 7 days, we have the right to replace or refund the item. Our technical staff will need to have the item back to us for inspection. If a user causes damage to an item, we are unable to exchange or refund the item.
